Avenir V. Morozov joined Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball in 2021 after completing a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) at the University of Florida. He earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2020. He graduated from George Washington University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs. In his second year at GW, Avenir interned in the office of Congressman Ander Crenshaw in Washington, DC.
Avenir’s practice revolves around the formation, restructuring, and sale of closely held businesses. Avenir assists clients in structuring transactions that enhance their businesses both from an organizational and a tax perspective.
The son of Russian immigrants, Avenir is fluent in Russian. He enjoys reading Russian literature, cycling, and serving in his church in his spare time. As a Jacksonville native, Avenir is proud to be able to serve in the community he grew up in.
