Kristie Saoud Johnston is a Jacksonville native who graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish, magna cum laude, in 2014.  Kristie received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, cum laude, in 2017, and is a member of the Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association.  Kristie worked as a summer associate at Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball before joining the firm as an associate in 2017.

Kristie focuses her practice on incorporated and unincorporated entity planning, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial financing. Throughout her time at Fisher Tousey, she has assisted in several acquisitions ranging from the sale of medical practices to the sale of local retail-based businesses.  In addition, she works with new businesses to structure entities that meet each client’s unique business, legal, and tax needs.

Kristie resides in the south side of Jacksonville with her husband, son, and dog. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, and going to the beach.
