Nate is an attorney licensed to practice in New York* and an associate in Fisher Tousey’s corporate group. A Buffalo native, Nate moved to Jacksonville to start a family in his wife’s hometown. Prior to joining Fisher Tousey, Nate was an investment management associate at an international law firm in New York City for six years, where he represented both private fund managers and institutional investors. At Fisher Tousey, Nate advises individuals and businesses in connection with their corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tax and liability structuring, and contract negotiations generally.

* Nate is not currently licensed in Florida but expects to be admitted to practice here soon. His client work at Fisher Tousey is overseen by Florida-licensed attorneys.
