 OPEN POSITIONS 

Fisher Tousey is looking to hire a mid-level associate to join our growing Corporate team in Jacksonville at our Riverside office.

The ideal applicant will have between two and four years of experience in transactional corporate work with an emphasis on private company mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, including private equity, corporate governance and other business issues.  An understanding of tax issues affecting the transaction structure is a plus, but not required.

Position Requirements:

  • Two or more years of experience as a corporate associate in a law firm
  • Admitted to The Florida Bar (or willingness to be admitted)
  • Familiarity with acquisition agreements, ancillary documentation, and general contracts
  • Experience with transactional due diligence
  • Ability to directly manage client relationships
  • Excellent writing and communication skills

Fisher Tousey is looking to hire an experienced Paralegal to join our growing Corporate team in Jacksonville at our Riverside office.

We are currently looking for a new team member to help us serve clients with general business and transactional needs, primarily in Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience with a variety of business transactions, corporate and LLC formations, and the preparation of governing and ancillary documents.  An experienced paralegal in litigation or real estate who is looking for a change to corporate work will be given strong consideration as well.

  • Credentialed as a certified paralegal or willingness to work towards certification.

  • Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
  • Highest degree of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, etc.

Salary: $75K+ commensurate with experience
