Adam concentrates his practice in all areas of Federal and State tax controversies including tax deficiency and collection matters from the Revenue Agent or Revenue Officer level through the various stages of appeals including U.S. Tax Court or Federal District Court litigation. Adam also provides representation in will and trust contests, estate and trust litigation, and estate and trust administration.
Adam is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia where he practiced at two of the then Big 5 Accounting firms for over three years before attending law school. Prior to joining Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball in 2023, Adam was a partner at a well-respected boutique tax law firm in Jacksonville for over fourteen years.
Adam lives in Jacksonville with his wife Megan, also an attorney, and their three boys, two dogs, cat, and an undisclosed number of backyard chickens. On most Saturdays, Adam can be found at HAB coaching or sometimes just getting to watch his boys play baseball. Adam is also known to enjoy watching any sport on television – – but specifically Florida Gators football, Maryland Terrapins basketball, and any Washington D.C. area professional sports team.
