Adam L. Heiden

Adam concentrates his practice in all areas of Federal and State tax controversies including tax deficiency and collection matters from the Revenue Agent or Revenue Officer level through the various stages of appeals including U.S. Tax Court or Federal District Court litigation.  Adam also provides representation in will and trust contests, estate and trust litigation, and estate and trust administration.

Adam is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia where he practiced at two of the then Big 5 Accounting firms for over three years before attending law school.  Prior to joining Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball in 2023, Adam was a partner at a well-respected boutique tax law firm in Jacksonville for over fourteen years.
