Asa joined Fisher Tousey in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Asa served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Mark W. Klingensmith of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal and an Assistant State Attorney in Jacksonville. As a clerk, Asa worked on nearly 100 appeals addressing a variety of legal topics, such as trial practice, business and contract law, criminal law, real property, and taxation. As a prosecutor, Asa handled thousands of cases ranging in severity from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies punishable by up to life. Since joining the firm, Asa has handled cases in all phases of litigation up and through trial and appeal.
Asa and his wife, Kristie, live in the Mandarin area with their son and dog. Asa is an avid Atlanta Braves and Jacksonville Jaguars fan.
