After growing up in Florida, Brian earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in only two years. Immediately after graduation, he attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he received his J.D. Brian began his practice by serving in both the state and federal government. Later in his career, Brian worked at a top national law firm representing large banking institutions in complex commercial litigation and real property matters.
As a shareholder at Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball, Brian focuses his practice on transactional matters. His practice involves all aspects of real estate including commercial sales and leasing, residential sales, financing, and title and survey review. Additionally, he helps his clients with strategic entity formation for holding their assets. Brian understands the complex nuances that can be involved in transactions beyond the black letter law. As such, he is able to provide fulsome counsel to his clients to leave them with comfort and peace of mind.
Outside of work, Brian and his wife enjoy distance running, craft coffee, and playing at the beach with their young children.
