Brian A. Wolf

After growing up in Florida, Brian earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in only two years. Immediately after graduation, he attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he received his J.D. Brian began his practice in 2011 by serving as a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office in Tampa. He continued his service as a Special Agent for the FBI in Washington, D.C. Later in his career, Brian worked at a top national law firm representing large banking institutions in complex commercial litigation and real property matters.

Brian joined Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball in 2021 and works in the real estate group.  His practice involves commercial real estate acquisitions, sales and purchases, financing, leasing, and title and survey review. Brian understands the complex nuances that can be involved in real estate deals beyond the black letter law. As such, he is able to provide fulsome counsel to his clients to leave them with comfort and peace of mind.

Outside of work, Brian and his wife enjoy distance running, craft coffee, and playing at the beach with their young children.
