Clemente Inclan joined Fisher Tousey’s Estate Planning practice in 2025 after having previously been a Summer Associate for the firm in 2024. Clemente is a native of Jacksonville, FL, and a graduate of The Bolles School. Clemente went on to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, receiving both a B.A. in History and in Communications. While attending Chapel Hill, Clemente was also a UNC Baseball collegiate athlete. Clemente was conferred his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and was a member of the Stetson Law Review.
Clemente’s practice primarily focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, asset protection planning, and wealth preservation strategies.
Clemente is married to his wife, Amelia, and together they enjoy spending time with their daughter and family, staying involved in their local church, and taking walks with their chocolate Labrador retriever, Mocha.
