Clemente is a native of Jacksonville, FL, and a graduate of The Bolles School. He went on to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, receiving both a B.A. in History and in Communications while also playing collegiate baseball. Clemente was conferred his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and was a member of the Stetson Law Review.
Clemente joined Fisher Tousey’s Estate Planning practice in 2025 after having previously been a Summer Associate for the firm in 2024. His practice primarily focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
Clemente is married to his wife, Amelia, and together they enjoy spending time with their daughter and family, staying involved in their local church, and taking walks with their chocolate Labrador retriever, Mocha.
