Kendall Vogler joined the firm’s litigation department in August 2024, focusing her practice on complex real estate, business, trust, and probate disputes.
Kendall joined Fisher Tousey after having served our community as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit. During her time at the State Attorney’s Office, Kendall tried numerous jury trials, specializing in gun crime and other violent felonies. Prior to her time at the State Attorney’s Office, Kendall gained valuable experience as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Regina S. Edwards, Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Kentucky.
Kendall earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Louisville. She then continued her studies at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2020.
