Laura Jacqmein grew up in Jacksonville and graduated from The Bolles School.  She later graduated from Davidson College, where she majored in English, served on the Honor Council, and competed in cross country.  She received her J.D. from the University of Florida, with honors.

Laura joined Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball in 2016.   She practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, and guardianships.  She is Florida Bar board certified in Elder Law and is a Bencher of the Chester Bedell American Inn of Court.

She is married to Jeff Jacqmein, a family medicine doctor with Baptist Primary Care.  When not working, Laura teaches a weekly class for women in the LifeBuilders Program at the City Rescue Mission and joins her husband in leading a fitness ministry in their church.  Laura and Jeff also enjoy outdoor workouts with friends, cheering for the Florida Gators and Jacksonville Jaguars, and spending time with family.
