Monif Eli Chahla is an associate attorney at Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball, dual trained in France and the United States, and a trilingual professional. He practices in the firm’s Corporate group, where he advises entrepreneurs, executives, families, and closely held businesses on entity formations and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border tax planning, and estate and succession planning. His practice also includes real estate-related transactions and U.S. immigration matters, including strategies for investors, entrepreneurs, and international families navigating complex immigration and tax considerations.
Monif brings a unique international perspective to client matters, having lived across France, the Middle East, and the United States. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law on a full-tuition Governor’s Scholarship and holds dual master’s degrees in Corporate Law from leading French institutions. Before joining Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball, Monif trained with an international law firm in Luxembourg in its Global Financial Markets department.
