Nate is an attorney licensed to practice in New York* and an associate in Fisher Tousey’s corporate group. A Buffalo native, Nate moved to Jacksonville to start a family in his wife’s hometown. Before joining Fisher Tousey, Nate was an investment management associate at an international law firm in New York City for six years, where he represented both private fund managers and institutional investors. At Fisher Tousey, Nate advises individuals and businesses with their corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tax and liability structuring, and contract negotiations.
