Patrick Howard is a native of Eastern Tennessee and graduated with his B.A. from Tennessee Tech University. Patrick went on to attend the University of Florida, where he was conferred his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from UF’s Levin College of Law. During his J.D. and LL.M. programs, Patrick earned various awards for his writings on International Taxation.

Patrick joined Fisher Tousey’s Estate Planning department in 2026 as an associate in their Ponte Vedra Beach office. His practice primarily focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, asset protection planning, taxation, exempt organizations, and corporate and partnership law.
