Ross H. Chafin

Ross was born in Walnut Creek, California, but considers himself a Florida “native”, having lived all but his first two years in the state. Ross is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law and received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida. Ross began his practice in 2011 at an established Jacksonville firm, before joining Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball in 2017. Ross’s practice includes commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing, commercial loan work-outs and restructures, and title and survey review. 

Ross is a board member and chair of the governance committee for the North Florida Land Trust. Ross also serves as the programs committee chair for NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s Northeast Florida chapter.

Ross, his wife and their daughter reside in Jacksonville Beach, and enjoy traveling and getting outdoors whenever possible to hike, explore, kayak and camp. Ross is an active member at Momentum Church of Jacksonville and serves on the church’s audio production team.
