Sarah joined Fisher Tousey as a Shareholder in 2025, primarily handling matters involving business disputes, commercial litigation, and trusts and estate litigation. 

Sarah has an “AV Preeminent” rating in the renowned Martindale-Hubbell legal directory, which is reserved for attorneys who are recognized for “the highest level of standards.” She has been selected by her peers as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2023), Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America (2024, 2023, 2022), and one of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite Up and Comers (2022). 

Sarah earned her law degree from the University of Florida, where she graduated cum laude, received a Book Award in Legal Research and Writing, and was a teaching assistant for legal research and writing and appellate advocacy classes. Sarah gained experience while in law school through an internship in the chambers of the Honorable Jorge Labarga, former Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court. Before joining Fisher Tousey, Sarah was a principal attorney at a well-respected boutique commercial litigation firm in Jacksonville. Before moving to Jacksonville, Sarah completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable James M. Hopkins, former Magistrate Judge at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Currently, Sarah serves as a Board Member and Vice-Chair of the Early Learning Coalition of Duval County. Sarah is also currently a member of the 4th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. 

Sarah is originally from Jupiter, Florida. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, including her two daughters and her golden retriever, Fred Taylor.
