Education

Dini graduated from Santa Fe College, Gainesville, Florida with an Associate of Science in Legal Assistant in 1992 and later earned her Associate of Arts degree from Santa Fe College in 2001. She also possesses the credential of an enrolled agent which permits her to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Dini earned this credential by passing a three-part comprehensive test covering individual and business tax returns. Dini is currently studying for the written examination for admission to practice before the United States Tax Court for non attorneys. Dini is a certified paralegal by the National Association of Legal Assistants and is a Florida Registered Paralegal. She is also a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, National Association of Legal Assistants, and Northeast Florida Paralegal Association.
