The expanded firm will have more than three dozen attorneys, and several more practice areas than the two firms had independently 

Jacksonville, FL (July 24, 2025) – Fisher Tousey has combined with Upchurch, Bailey and Upchurch, adding several areas of expertise and a respected team of lawyers to its growing practice in Northeast Florida. 

St. Augustine-based Upchurch, Bailey and Upchurch is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year and is well-known for its land use, environmental law, education law, trust and estates, real estate, and banking practice. 

As Fisher Tousey incorporates this expanded practice area, all Upchurch attorneys will remain located in their historic St. Augustine office, which will be known as Upchurch, Bailey and Upchurch, A Fisher Tousey Firm.
