Stafford will work in the firm’s Ponte Vedra Beach office and focus on Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration
JACKSONVILLE, Fla (October 1, 2026) – Fisher, Tousey, Leas and Ball P.A. proudly welcomes Calista Stafford to the firm’s growing Ponte Vedra Beach office.
Stafford returned to Fisher Tousey last month as an Associate, after first joining the firm as a Summer Associate in 2025. Her practice will focus primarily on Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration.

Stafford received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Indiana University, graduating with highest honors. She earned her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating cum laude.
During law school, Stafford served as Executive Communications Editor of the Florida Law Review, and she was a competitor and coach for the Florida Moot Court Team. She also gained valuable experience in the federal judiciary while serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable Patricia Barksdale of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
When she’s not working with clients, Stafford likes to cheer on the Gators and Hoosiers. She also enjoys playing golf, and spending time with her friends and family.
