JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (September 9, 2026) – Fisher, Tousey, Leas and Ball P.A. proudly welcomes Loren Humphrey to Upchurch, Bailey, and Upchurch, a Fisher Tousey Firm in St. Augustine.
Humphrey joined the firm this month after serving as General Counsel for the St. Johns County Property Appraiser. She joins our Real Estate practice and specializes in real estate law and administrative law.

Humphrey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and received her law degree with honors from Michigan State University.
