Fisher Tousey is proud to announce the promotion of its two newest shareholders, Laura Fannin Jacqmein and Brian Wolf.
Laura Fannin Jacqmein joined Fisher Tousey in 2016 and her practice focuses on Elder Law, Trusts and Estates, Probate, and Guardianships. Laura is a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney. She received her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and her B.A. in English from Davidson College. Laura is also a Bencher for the Chester Bedell American Inn of Court.
Brian Wolf’s practice at Fisher Tousey focuses on commercial real estate, including acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, and title and survey review. Before joining Fisher Tousey in 2021, Brian worked for a top national law firm representing financial institutions in complex commercial litigation and real property matters. Brian is a “Double Gator,” receiving his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Florida. He has experience in both State and Federal government, previously serving as a prosecutor in the State Attorney’s Office in Tampa, and later as a Special Agent for the FBI in Washington, D.C.
