Fisher Tousey Expands Litigation Practice with Former Assistant State Attorney

Fisher Tousey recently announced the addition of associate Sabrina Marcos Smith to join its growing litigation practice group. She will primarily focus on probate, trust, business, commercial, and real estate litigation.

Prior to joining Fisher Tousey, Marcos Smith served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida, where she tried over a dozen cases from jury selection to verdict.  Most recently, she practiced as a general civil litigator in the Jacksonville office of a national law firm.

“It is such a pleasure to be joining the Fisher Tousey litigation team,” Marcos Smith said. “With access to a variety of other departments, including tax, real estate, and corporate, the litigation team is well suited to handle a variety of complex matters.”

Outside the office, Marcos Smith is a board member for the North Florida chapter of Best Buddies International, as well as a member of the First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Jacksonville Women’s Lawyer Association. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Marcos Smith is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and St. Louis University School of Law.

Fisher Tousey has offices in Riverside, Ponte Vedra Beach, Amelia Island, and St. Augustine.
