Adam Heiden is a new attorney in Fisher Tousey’s Riverside office in Jacksonville. His practice focuses on all areas of state and federal tax controversies, along with providing representation in will and trust contests, estate and trust litigation, and estate and trust administration.

Prior to attending law school, Heiden practiced as a CPA in Virginia for two of the Big 5 Accounting firms. Heiden was a partner at a boutique tax law firm in Jacksonville for over fourteen years before joining Fisher Tousey’s Tax Controversy department in 2023 as Of Counsel.
